Refund & Cancellation
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, though bank processing times may vary.
At Ideal Physician Weight Loss, we are committed to providing a transparent and patient-centered telehealth experience. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled for our services.
Consultation fees reflect the time and expertise of licensed healthcare providers and access to our telehealth platform.
- Consultations that have not yet occurred may be eligible for cancellation or refund (see below)
- Once a consultation is completed, fees are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
- Eligible cancellations may receive a refund or be rescheduled
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may not qualify for a refund, except in special circumstances reviewed case-by-case
Ideal Physician Weight Loss provides access to prescriptions only if clinically appropriate.
- Medication costs are separate from consultation fees
- Medications are dispensed and shipped by licensed partner pharmacies
- We do not automatically enroll patients in subscriptions unless clearly disclosed
- Orders may be canceled or modified only before being sent to the pharmacy
- Once a prescription is processed, prepared, or shipped, it is non-refundable, unless required by law
- All requests must be submitted through Ideal Physician Weight Loss (not the pharmacy)
If a technical issue prevents your consultation or you believe you were charged incorrectly:
- Please contact our support team promptly
- We will review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a refund or reschedule at no additional cost
