Baked Flounder

INGREDIENTS

4 oz. Flounder Fillet (or other diet approved fish)

1 pkg. HW Chicken Bouillon Soup Mix

1/4 cup diet approved vinegar

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup slicked green bell peppers

2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Pinch of parsley flakes and paprika

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix together all ingredients except fish in a bowl
  3. Lay fillet on foil and cover with mixture
  4. Wrap foil and bake for 30 minutes
